- Navigate to the "Knowledge Base" section
- Click the "Upload PDF" button
- Fill in the document title and description
- Select your PDF file
- Click "Upload & Index"
The system will automatically extract text and create embeddings for AI retrieval.

Intent Classification
Determines if the query requires knowledge base lookup
Knowledge Retrieval
Searches PDF embeddings for relevant information
Response Generation
Uses GPT-4 with retrieved context to generate accurate answers
Escalate conversations when:
- Customer explicitly requests human assistance
- Query is too complex for AI
- Customer shows signs of frustration
- Requires specialized knowledge
- Sensitive or urgent matters
Superadmins can configure AI personality in the "AI Configuration" section:
- • Choose personality style (Professional, Friendly, Casual)
- • Adjust formality level
- • Set enthusiasm level
- • Enable/disable emojis
- • Customize greeting messages
- • Apply pre-built prompt templates
Note: Only Superadmins have access to AI Configuration
